Sriom @Everness Festival

Between 24th and 27th of June, SriOm’s team will teach demos and guided practice in thai yoga massage at the Everness Festival in Balatonakarattya. Look for “Massage and Bodywork” workshop tent, in which each tutor will give a workshop at a different period every day for 4 days. 7-Day thai massage beginners Retreat in Poland with Bali

Date: July 1July 8

Venue: Lovely forest retreat centre near Cracow, Poland. We will stay in a house by the forest in a small village called Wieciorka, located in the Beskidy mountains, one hours drive south from Krakow.
Food will be vegetarian, home-made, and lodging in comfortable 3-4 person rooms.

Daily Schedule:

6 am: vipassana meditation
6.45 am: tai chi and posture training
8 am: breakfast
9.30 am: thai yoga massage training
13.00 pm: lunch and rest
15.00 pm: thai yoga massage training
18.30 pm: dinner

Course is held in English, with Polish translation.

12 Day Beginners Retreat in Traditional Thai Yoga Massage with Laurino and Bali

Date: 2nd -14th August, 2015. The course will be followed by a vipassana retreat, participants are welcome to take part!

Prices : in an attempt to accomodate for the economic situation in Europe, there are 3 price categories. I. Northern Europe: 800 Euros, II. Southern Europe (Greece, Portugal, Italy, Spain): 600 Euros, III. Eastern Europe: 450 Euros. The prices include food, course materials and accomodation.

Contents of the course: This 108 hours training retreat includes a systematic tuition of a full body Thai Yoga massage, an introduction to the theory of energy lines and therapeutic work. Through the daily practice of Yoga, Chi-kung, Vipassana, Metta meditation and chantig, we will develop awareness, love and compassion, warming our hearts and our massage practice.
